We are excited to welcome you to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland ahead of TRENZ 2027 and share what makes our region such a special place to visit.

Our pre-TRENZ famil options showcase Auckland’s vibrant city, culture, coastlines, islands, local flavours and memorable visitor experiences – providing fresh inspiration and product knowledge for your clients.

Participant Information Details:

This information is confidential and will only be used for activity planning, helping to ensure the activities can be safe and suitable for you. Disclosure is optional however suppliers of certain activities may request declaration of certain medical or health related information before participation.

*We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. All participants must understand and accept the circumstances in which you travel under the associated risks. Additionally Tataki Auckland Unlimied does not take responsibility or assume any liability for disruptions or expenses incured.

1. Support of visit to Auckland will be at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s sole discretion, and limited to travel advisors and sellers. 
2.  All transportation, accommodation, meals, or other services included as part of the itinerary are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective operators.
3. All personal information we collect about you will be held by us in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We will only use that information for the purpose of organising the trade visit. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your privacy. You have the right to access and request correction of any personal information we hold about you at any time.
4. All trade and famil activities are run by professional activity operators, and while all due care has been taken in the selection of those operators, I accept that activities on the famil programme I participate in may inherently involves risks and potential hazards.

Consent:

• I have informed TAU and the activity operators (or will, prior to undertaking the activity) of any medical conditions, previous injuries and any medication I am currently taking which may affect my ability to undertake the activity. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any conditions (health or otherwise) that may affect the safety and enjoyment of myself and those around me.
• I confirm I am physically fit and able to participate in the activities and I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
• I agree to abide by the terms and conditions and rules of the activity operators and I understand that if I act recklessly or intentionally, and/or don’t follow the rules or instructions set out by the activity operators which I have been made aware of, I may be responsible for any injury, damage or loss I cause to myself/my property, or another person/their property, resulting from my action or lack of action.
