Auckland Pre & Post TRENZ Famils 2025

Thank you for your interest in Auckland's Pre & Post TRENZ famil activities.
We look forward to welcoming you to Auckland and offering the following pre- and post-TRENZ experiences. You are welcome to apply for both options.

Option 1: SkyCity Precinct Open Day: You're Invited!
- An exclusive Auckland taster on Monday, 05 May, from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon. Explore Wēta Workshop Unleashed, the All Blacks Experience, the Sky Tower, and Horizon by SkyCity. Refreshments will be available throughout the morning. Following the tour, a coach will depart from SkyCity to take you to Rotorua for your TRENZ programme. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early!
Option 2: Your choice of Auckland experiences Simply select your choice of Auckland activities and attractions from the group below. Select up to 4 activities, between Friday 2 May and Monday 12 May (excluding TRENZ dates).

1. Support of visit to Auckland will be at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s sole discretion.
2. All transportation, accommodation, meals, or other services included as part of the itinerary are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective operators.
3. All personal information we collect about you will be held by us in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We will only use that information for the purpose of organising the trade visit. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your privacy. You have the right to access and request correction of any personal information we hold about you at any time.
4. All trade and famil activities are run by professional activity operators, and while all due care has been taken in the selection of those operators, I accept that activities on the famil programme I participate in may inherently involves risks and potential hazards.
Consent:
- I have informed TAU and the activity operators (or will, prior to undertaking the activity) of any medical conditions, previous injuries and any medication I am currently taking which may affect my ability to undertake the activity. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any conditions (health or otherwise) that may affect the safety and enjoyment of myself and those around me.
- I confirm I am physically fit and able to participate in the activities and I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
  I agree to abide by the terms and conditions and rules of the activity operators and I understand that if I act recklessly or intentionally, and/or don’t follow the rules or instructions set out by the activity operators which I have been made aware of, I may be responsible for any injury, damage or loss I cause to myself/my property, or another person/their property, resulting from my action or lack of action.
